Walls worth exhibiting.

Taping, corner bead, sanding, popcorn removal and Level 5 ceilings. Finished flat enough for gallery lighting.

Curatorial note

Nobody looks at a good wall. They look at what hangs on it, the light, the room. Our job is the part you’re not supposed to notice: no ridge at the seam, no shadow at a screw, no flashing when the sun comes in sideways.

Which level does your room need?

The trade grades drywall finishes from 0 to 5. Under room light, a Level 4 wall looks perfect. Under raking light, only Level 5 holds up.

    Level 4 Sanded

Two coats over flat joints, three over screws and bead, all sanded smooth.

Used for Most homes: flat paint, light texture, wallpaper.

Levels as defined by the Gypsum Association, GA-214.
